We do not sell anything and we cannot see your order. If you bought a product through a link on this site, the shop that took your payment handles delivery, returns and refunds. Their contact details are on your order confirmation, and they will get to it far faster than we could.

We also cannot give medical or dermatological advice. For anything concerning your skin or your health, please speak to your own doctor.
